2000 HIGHLIGHTS - Best finish of the season came at the Japan Airlines Big Apple Classic, where she finished ninth; tied for 13th at the Safeway LPGA Golf Championship; and tied for 19th at the Subaru Memorial of Naples. Tied her career-low score of 66 during the second round of the Subaru Memorial of Naples. Returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for fourth and improved to exempt status for the 2001 season. |

Member of Furman University women’s golf team, where she participated in four NCAA Championships, collected 14 top-10 finishes and was the 1997 Southern Conference Player of the Year. . . One of two golf professionals in her family, the other being older brother Andrew Price. Andrew will be her caddie for the Women’s Open. . . Ashli, who is not superstitious, found four four-leaf clovers before the start of her qualifying round for the Women’s Open, which she carried in her bag that day. . . Enjoys spending her free time with her family on Lake Cherokee where, among other things, she likes to water ski. |
