2003 HIGHLIGHTS

Despite breaking her elbow in the off-season after tripping over her handbag strap while getting out of a taxi, Lynnette bounced back in 2004 in impressive fashion with three top-10sand successfully defended her title at the French Open after a dramatic battle against Trish Johnson in the final two rounds. There were also five more top 20’s on her 2003 CV, proving she is always one to watch on the LET with her graceful, yet deliberate swing and silky putting touch. 2004 promises much of the same and she could become the first player since Karrie Webb (ANZ Masters)to win the same title three years in succession. Finished 5th on the order of merit, her best season to date.

2002 HIGHLIGHTS

A fantastic year for ‘Brooky’ capped off with an impressive wire-to-wire victory in the Ladies French Open, her second career victory. Played in 12 events and only missed one cut. Recorded three further top-10s, 10th at the P4 Norwegian Masters, fifth at the Tenerife Ladies Open, 3rd at the Spanish Open before winning in France when she devastated the field with a final round 66. Finished 11th on the Order of Merit - her best year to date.

2001 HIGHLIGHTS

Played 11events on Tour with three top 10s, best finish T6th at the Compaq Open in Sweden. Finished 27th on Order of Merit.

2000 HIGHLIGHTS

Played all but one event (14)on 2000 LET and missed only two cuts all season. Best finish T7th Ladies British Masters. Also finished T10th in Ladies Italian Open and achieved two other top-20 placings. Stroke average 73.09. Also partnered Marnie McGuire to 6th place in inaugural TSN Ladies World Cup Golf.
