In 1999, finished second at the Michelob Light Classic, where she lost in a three-hole, sudden-death playoff to Annika Sorenstam; tied for second at the HEALTHSOUTH Inaugural and the Safeway LPGA Golf Championship; was named MVP at the Nichirei International after posting a 3-0 record and a 69 during the final round; crossed the $2 million mark in career earnings at the PageNet Championship.

In 1998, best finish was second at the Japan Classic, where she lost on the third hole of a sudden-death playoff to Hiromi Kobayashi.
