Player Notes: A standout on the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) circuit, Blasberg was a three-time first-team Polo All-American, a member of the 2002 Canon Cup (West team) and winner of the 2002 Rolex Tournament of Champions…Medalist at the 2000 U.S. Girls' Junor and competed in five U.S. Women's Amateur Championships, where she was a quarterfinalist in 2003…Member of the victorious 2004 USA Curtis Cup team…While at the University of Arizona, Blasberg was a two-time All-American from 2003-04, 2003 NCAA Freshman of the Year, 2003 Pac-10 Player of the Year and recorded six collegiate tournament wins. • In 2005, her best finish was a tie for 31st at the BMO Financial Group Canadian Women’s Open; recorded

her first LPGA career hole-in-one during the third round of the Sybase Classic presented by Lincoln

Mercury and won a Mercury Mariner; returned to the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament, where she tied for

22nd but lost in a three-hole, seven-way playoff for the final three exempt cards.

• In 2004, turned professional in June; played on the Futures Tour, where she recorded four top-10 finishes in eight events, including a win at the Laconia Savings Bank Futures Golf Classic; tied for 32nd at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament Presented by American Airlines to earn non-exempt status for the 2005 season.
