• Karine will remember 2004 as the year she broke back into the LET Elite players with a resounding victory in the final event of the year, the Catalonia Ladies Masters. In the previous 14 events she played, Karine threatened a win on many occasions. Finished 3rd in the BMW Ladies Italian Open Also T4 in the Ladies Open of Portugal, T4 in the Central European Open and T9 at the HP Open for her fifth top ten of the year. Little surprise she finished 4th on the OOM, her best year since her rookie season in 2001 when she won twice. 2005 looks like being a vintage year for Karine and a second Solheim Cup appearance beckons for the amiable Frenchwoman.

Also finished T6 at the WPGA Championship of Europe, but failed to make the 2003 Solheim Team by right. However, it was still a successful year, finishing 19th on the OOM and there is always 2004 for Karine to re-impress upon us that she is still the future of French women's golf.
