Recorded a season-best tie for seventh at the Chick-fil-A Charity Championship hosted by Nancy Lopez, where she shot a season-low 68 in the third round.

Also carded season-low 68s during the final round of the Michelob ULTRA Open at Kingsmill and the first round of the Longs Drugs Challenge.

Posted the best finish of her career with a tie for fifth at the State Farm Classic.

Added two additional top-10 finishes to her resume: a tie for eighth at the John Q. Hammons Hotel Classic presented by Ford; and a tie for 10th at the Asahi Ryokuken International Championship at Mount Vintage, where she posted a career-low 67 during the third round.

Also recorded career-low 67s during the first round of the Longs Drugs Challenge and the final round of the CJ Nine Bridges Classic Presented by Sports Today.

Career Highlights

In 2003, won two titles on the Futures Tour and finished third on the Futures Tour money list to earn exempt status for the 2004 LPGA season.

In 2002, turned professional in June, played eight events on the Futures Tour and recorded five top-10 finishes to finish 21st on the money list; tied for 59th at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament to earn non-exempt status for the 2003 season.

Amateur Highlights

Hannemann enjoyed a decorated amateur career. She won the 1995 American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Grand Geneva Junior Classic and the 1996 AJGA Las Vegas Legacy Founders Junior Classic. She is a three-time Women's Western Junior Championship winner (1995-97) and a winner of the 1997 and 1998 South American Team Championship. From 1998-2001, she won the Tar Heel Invitational while a member of the Duke University Women's Golf Team and won NCAA team championships from 1999-2002. Hannemann won the 2000 North-South Amateur Championship, and in 2001, she won the NCAA individual title, the Honda Award and was named a First-Team All-American. She was the 2001 ACC Player of the Year and was the low amateur at the 2001 U.S. Women's Open. In 2002, she won the ACC individual title, the Brazilian Amateur Championship and recorded a top-15 finish in the World Amateur Championship.

Personal

Started playing golf at the age of 9…Credits her first teacher, her parents and her family as the individuals most influencing her career. Hobbies include dancing, going to the beach and horseback riding. . . Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, English and German.
