In 1999, recorded seven top-10 finishes, including a second place at the SAFECO Classic; tied her career-low score of 65 during the third round of the Welch’s/Circle K Championship.
In 1998, recorded eight top-20 finishes, including a tie for 13th at the Nabisco Dinah Shore and 14th at the du Maurier Classic, both majors on the LPGA Tour.
In 1997, posted a season-best finish with a tie for second at the First Bank Presents the Edina Realty LPGA Classic; fired a career-low score of 65 during the second round of the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic.
In 1996, best finish of the season was a tie for fifth at the State Farm Rail Classic.

Amateur Highlights
Matthew enjoyed a successful amateur career while growing up in Scotland. She was the 1986 Scottish Girls champion and the 1988-89 Scottish Under-21 Stroke Play champion. She captured the Scottish Amateur title in 1991 and 1993-94. In addition, she won the 1993 British Amateur title and was a member of the 1990, 1992 and 1994 U.S.GB&I Curtis Cup teams.
