Also carded a 65 in the second round of the Wendy’s Championship for Children.

Recorded a tie for ninth at the McDonald’s LPGA Championship Presented by Coca-Cola, and a tie for 10th at both the U.S. Women’s Open and the Honda LPGA Thailand 2006.

Crossed the $1 million mark in career earnings with a tie for 24th at the LPGA Takefuji Classic.

Tied the LPGA's nine-hole raw score with a 28 (-7) during the first round of the Welch's/Fry's Championship, where she also recorded her first career hole-in-one.

Finished second behind Lorena Ochoa in the Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year race.
