Qualified: Shot 67-65--132 at Haworth (N.J.) Country Club on May 13

The Canadian will play in her fourth U.S. Women's Open after shooting 12-under 132 at the Haworth (N.J.) Country Club qualifier. She played in three Canadian Women's Opens as a teenager, getting paired with future U.S. Women's Open champion Michelle Wie in 2008. She also helped Canada finish fourth in the 2008 Women's World Amateur Team Championship. That same year, she reached the quarterfinals of the British Women's Amateur and finished fourth in the Canadian Women's Amateur. In 2007, she was named the Big 10 Conference Freshman of the Year while playing at Purdue University. In 2010, she helped the Boilermakers capture the NCAA Division I title while earning the Mary Fossum Award for having the lowest stroke average in the Big 10. She turned pro in 2011 and has competed on both the LPGA and Espon Tours.
