Bio

The former Pepperdine and University of Southern California golfer will make her U.S. Women’s Open debut after earning the third and final spot at the El Macero (Calif.) Country Club qualifier. She is currently in her second season on the Epson Tour, where she’s made three starts in 2024. She played in nine events during her rookie season in 2023. Melton played two seasons at USC after transferring from Pepperdine following her freshman campaign. In 2019, she won the Southern California Golf Association’s Women’s Amateur at Valencia Country Club. Her father, Dan, played baseball at Cal Poly Pomona.
