Pedersen earned a fourth U.S. Women's Open start by surviving a 3-for-2 playoff for the last spots in the final qualifier held at Rainier Golf & Country Club on April 30. She posted a 36-hole score of 3-under 141. Five of her six professional victories have come on the Ladies European Tour, including four in 2020. She also owns a victory on the Danish Golf Tour. In 2023, Pedersen recorded the first-ever hole-in-one in Solheim Cup history, acing the 12th hole at Finca Cortasin in Spain during afternoon four-ball play. The European tied the Americans but retained the Cup. Pedersen also was a member of the 2017 and 2021 Solheim Cup Teams. As an amateur, Pedersen won the 2014 British Ladies Amateur. She also represented Europe in the 2012 and 2014 Junior Ryder Cup and the 2013 Junior Solheim Cup. She represented Denmark in the 2014 Women's World Amateur Team Championship. She turned professional in 2015 and was named the 2015 Ladies European Tour's Rookie of the Year.
