Qualifier: Shot 71-74--145 at New Albany (Ohio) Country Club on May 1

The University of Alabama graduate qualified for the U.S. Women's Open for a second conseutive year, this time edging out Elizabeth Win in a 2-for-1 playoff for the last spot at the New Albany (Ohio) Country Club qualifier after both players posted 1-over-par 145s. She also survived a similar playoff a year ago in Texas. Sinz spent her first three seasons of college at rival Auburn University before transferring to Alabama in the fall of 2023. She posted one victory for the Tigers at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic. She also finished third in the 2023 Texas Women's Amateur and fifth in the Texas Women's Stroke Play. At Alabama, she led the Crimson Tide into the regionals, but they failed to advance. She turned professional immediately after the NCAAs. She competes on the Women's All-Pro Tour and Epson Tour.
