Qualifier: Shot 67-72--139 at Golfcrest Country Club in Pearland, Texas, on May 13

Gabasa, who had lost a 2-for-1 playoff to fellow amateur Elina Sinz for the second and final spot from the Golfcrest C.C. qualifier, was added to the field as the first alternate when Adela Cernousek became fully exempt by virtue of winning the NCAA Division I women's individual title on May 20. The native of the Philippines just completed her senior season at Texas State University. She led the Bobcats to the 2024 Sun Belt Conference title, the school's first since 2016. She went 2-0 in the match-play portion of the conference championship. Her older sister, Irina, was a four-year letterman at Vanderbilt University and a member of the Philippine National Team.
