S-5: Runner-up in 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur

The 2025 Michigan State graduate from Wildwood, Mo., will make her second consecutive U.S. Women's Open start after advancing to the final match of the 2025 U.S. Women's Amateur at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Biermann lost to Megha Ganne in the 36-hole championship match. She then entered LPGA Tour Q-School in the fall, advancing to the final stage but withdrew prior to the start of the event, choosing to preserve her amateur status through this year's U.S. Women's Open. Biermann also advanced to the final match of the 2025 Women's Western Amateur. She posted five top-10 finishes during the 2024-25 campaign at MSU, including solo fourth in the Big Ten Championship. Biermann won the 2024 Missouri Women's Amateur, which earned her a spot in the U.S. Women's Amateur, where she fell in a playoff for the final match-play spots. In 2024, Biermann captured the NCAA Palm Beach (Fla.) Regional individual title. She also won the Briar's Creek Invitational. This will be her third start with LPGA Tour professionals as she competed in the 2023 Meijer LPGA Classic on a sponsor's exemption (missed cut). In 2022, she advanced to the semifinals of the Women's Western Amateur and qualified for the U.S. Women's Amateur at Chambers Bay. In 2020, Biermann was a first-team American Junior Golf Association All-American.
