The Australian native will make her U.S. Women's Open debut after posting 8-under-par 136 at Bentwater Yacht & Country Club (Weiskopf Course), in Montgomery, Texas to earn medalist honors. Elliott (nee Herbst) turned professional in 2024 after playing collegiately at Sam Houston State, where she was the runner-up in the 2024 Conference USA Championship. In 2023, she won a pair of Women's All-Pro Tour Collegiate Series events in Wichita, Kan., and Conway, Ark. She also finished eighth in the NCAA San Antonio (Texas) Regional in 2023. In Australia, she was a member of the Western Australia State Team for four years from 2013-16. As a pro, she posted a pair of top-10 finishes on the Annika Women's All-Pro Tour in 2024, and has a top-10 result in 2025.
