The 22-year-old amateur will make her U.S. Women's Open debut after being the first alternate from the Japan qualifier. She was added to the field on May 14. This past year, she competed in seven Japan LPGA Tour events as well as a number of top amateur competitions in her home country. She registered top-20 finishes in the Chiba Women's Amateur in 2023 and 2024.
