For the first time in the history of the U.S. Women’s Open, the final two rounds of the 78th edition will be broadcast on network in prime time for those living in the Eastern and Central time zones. A record of 12 hours will air on NBC over the weekend, and in total, NBCUniversal will present more than 25 hours of live studio coverage on Golf Channel to accompany 14 hours of live coverage of the first two rounds on Peacock and USA Network.
Pre-championship coverage begins on Tuesday at noon EDT with eight hours of Golf Central: Live From the U.S. Women’s Open on Golf Channel, and continues again on Wednesday.
Besides the regular telecasts on Peacock, USA Network and NBC all four days, viewers can also see Featured Group coverage on uswomensopen.com, the USGA App, and USGA OnDemand. Emilia Migliaccio, who qualified for the championship, will also do double duty as an on-course analyst for Featured Group coverage. Migliaccio, a member of the last two victorious USA Curtis Cup Teams and a member of this year’s NCAA-winning team at Wake Forest, also played and served as an on-course reporter during the 2020 U.S. Women’s Amateur at Westchester Country Club.
In addition to the golf coverage, the USGA App Built by Deloitte* is an all-in-one destination for fans offering features and innovations to bolster wall-to-wall content for the U.S. Women’s Open, such as real-time shot tracking, live streaming, highlight packages and customized alerts.
