Qualifier: Shot 67-69 at Bradenton (Fla.) Country Club on May 22
Lindberg’s only LPGA Tour victory came at a major championship. She held off Inbee Park in an eight-hole, sudden-death playoff after she, Park and two-time USGA champion Jennifer Song were deadlocked at 15-under 273 through 72 holes at the 2018 Chevron Championship (formerly ANA Inspiration). Prior to turning professional, Lindberg represented Sweden in the 2008 Women’s World Amateur Team Championship. This will be Lindberg’s 10th U.S. Women’s Open start; she tied for fifth in 2015 at Lancaster (Pa.) Country Club. She qualified this year at Bradenton (Fla.) Country Club, sharing medalist honors with countrywoman Beatrice Wallin.
