S-10: Top 30 point leaders from 2025 LPGA Tour's Race to the CME Globe
S-11: Winners of individual LPGA Tour co-sponsored events from the conclusion of the 2025 U.S. Women's Open to the initiation of the 2026 championship
Hataoka nearly claimed her first major title at the 2021 U.S. Women's Open at The Olympic Club, losing an aggregate playoff to Yuka Saso, and then finished in a tie for sixth at Pebble Beach in 2023. Hataoka has won seven LPGA Titles (12 worldwide), the latest coming in the 2025 TOTO Japan Classic. Before turning pro, Hataoka won the 2016 Japan Women’s Open, a major on the LPGA of Japan Tour. That year, Hataoka also reached the quarterfinals of the U.S. Women’s Amateur, losing, ironically, to Saso, 1 down, at Rolling Green Golf Club in suburban Philadelphia. Hataoka earned LPGA Tour playing privileges for 2017 through the LPGA Tour Qualifying School. In 2018, she collected her maiden victory on the circuit at the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship. Hataoka tied for 10th in her first U.S. Women’s Open start in 2018 and shared runner-up honors in the 2018 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
