Qualifier: Shot 69-73 at Rainier Golf & Country Club in Seattle, Wash., on April 30

The 22-year-old will make her fourth U.S. Women's Open start, getting into the field as an alternate when two-time major champion Lilia Vu withdrew due to a back injury. As a captain's pick for the 2021 Solheim Cup at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, the rookie posted a 2-1 record, winning a Saturday four-ball match with Mina Harigae and then posting a Sunday 1-up singles win over Mel Reid, but the United States dropped a two-point decision. Noh had a remarkable 2018 season on the amateur circuit that saw her claim the U.S. Girls' Junior title at Poppy Hills. She defeated future LPGA Tour winner Alexa Pano in the 36-hole final. That summer, she also won the California Girls Junior, the Girl's Junior PGA Championship and the Canadian Women's Amateur. Signed to play at UCLA, Noh eschewed college to turn professional in 2019. A week before the all-exempt U.S. Women's Open at Champions Golf Club in Houston, Noh was the runner-up in the Volunteers of America Classic. Noh also finished third in the 2021 Amundi Evian Championship and tied for ninth in this year's Chevron Championship.
