Yoshida will make her fourth U.S. Women's Open after earning the lone available spot at the Marlborough (Mass.) Country Club qualifier on May 11. The Japanese professional posted a 7-under-par 137 in the 36-hole qualifier. Yoshida, who tied for 51st at Lancaster (Pa.) Country Club, had missed the cut in her two previous starts in 2019 and 2023. She currently owns four victories on the LPGA Tour of Japan: the 2025 V Point-SMBC Ladies Golf Tournament, the 2023 World Ladies Championship Salonpas Cup, and the Rakuten Super Ladies and Golf5 Ladies in 2021. She turned professional in 2019 after attending Japan Wellness University. She represented Japan in the 2018 Women's World Amateur Team Championship, the same year she won the Japan Amateur and Japan Junior titles.
