Bio

The 10-time winner on the Japan LPGA Tour is set to make her second U.S. Women's Open start. Five of Yamashita's 10 professional victories came in a stellar 2022 season. In 2022, she tied for fifth in the TOTO Japan Classic, an event co-sanctioned by the LPGA Tour and JLPGA Tour. She also tied for 13th in the 2022 AIG Women's British Open at Muirfield in her major-championship debut.
