S-7: Winner of 2023 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur

Dinh became the fourth-ever left-handed female champion last September when she captured the U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur at Stonewall, defeating past champion Kelsey Chugg in the 18-hole final. She joins Julia Potter-Bobb, Thienna Huynh and Erica Shepherd as southpaw USGA champions. The victory earned Dinh a spot in the U.S. Women's Open. It will be her first appearance. Dinh works as a senior research analyst at Dow Chemical. She played collegiately at the University of Wisconsin and then earned her Ph.D at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She won the 2021 Michigan Women's Amateur as the oldest player in the field.
