Ozeki will make her second U.S. Women's Open start after getting into the field as the first alternate from the Boso Country Club qualifier, in Japan. Ozeki shot 2-under-par 142, but lost in a playoff to amateur Soomin Oh for the last spot. She was added to the field on May 8. Ozeki competes on the LPGA Tour of Japan, where her lone victory to date occurred in 2022 at the Sumitomo Life Vitality Ladies Tokai Classic. She had four top-10s in 2023 and a pair of top-10s in 2024, including a tie for second in the Stanley Ladies Golf Tournament and Panasonic Open Ladies Golf Tournament as well as solo fourth in the Minebeamitsumi Ladies Hokkaido Shimibun Cup.
