Alexander will compete in her second U.S. Women's Open after being among the top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Women's Rankings as of March 23. She competed as Casandra Hall until her marriage to bodybuilder Adrian Alexander in 2022. Six of Alexander's seven professional wins have come on the Sunshine Ladies Tour, including the 2024 ABSA Ladies Invitational. In 2025, she captured the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open on the Ladies European Tour. She tied for seventh in the 2024 Women's British Open. She turned professional in 2018 and became a member of the Ladies European Tour two years later. As an amateur, she won the 2018 South Africa Stroke Play Championship.
