S-11: Winners of LPGA Tour co-sanctioned events from the conclusion of the 2025 U.S. Women's Open to the initiation of the 2026 championship
S-17: Top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Women's Rankings as of March 23, 2026

Lauren Coughlin produced a career year in 2024, not only finishing in a tie for third in the season's first major, the Chevron Championship, but also producing her first two LPGA Tour victories: the CPKC Women's Open in Canada and the ISPS Handa Women's Scottish Open. She picked up her third LPGA Tour title on Easter Sunday of 2026 at the Aramco Championship. Previously, the University of Virginia graduate owned one career professional win: the 2018 PHC Classic on the Symetra Tour (now Epson Tour). Born in Minneapolis, Coughlin grew up in Chesapeake, Va., where she became the first female to play on the Hickory High boys' team all four years. She also claimed consecutive Virginia Women's Amateur titles in 2012 and 2013. At the University of Virginia, Coughlin won the Atlantic Coast Conference individual championship in 2016. Coughlin's husband, John Pond, played football at Virginia and in 2024, he quit his job to become Coughlin's full-time caddie. Coughlin also represented the U.S. on the victorious 2024 Solheim Cup Team that competed not far from her Virginia home. This will be her third U.S. Women's Open start.
