S-18: Top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Rankings as of May 25
The 17-year-old Canadian professional from British Columbia, will play in her second consecutive U.S. Women's Open. She first earned medalist honors at the 36-hole qualifier held at Somerset Country Club, in Mendota Heights, Minn., but then became fully exempt on May 25 when she was among the Top 75 players in the Rolex Rankings as of the final cutoff. Huang is a member of the Ladies European Tour, where she posted a pair of victories in 2025: the La Sella Open and the Lacoste Ladies Open de France. Prior to turning pro, Huang advanced to the Round of 32 of the 2024 U.S. Women's Amateur, losing to eventual champion Rianne Malixi, 2 and 1, after opening with a 1-up win over Carla Bernat Escuder, who won the 2025 Augusta National Women's Amateur. She also tied for second in the American Junior Golf Association's Mizuho Americas Open at Liberty National G.C., where juniors play alongside LPGA Tour players. In addition, she helped Canada capture the 2023 World Junior Girls Championship. She tied for seventh in the 2024 Canadian Women's Amateur.
