S-17: Top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Women's Rankings as of March 23, 2026

Sakura will make her U.S. Women's Open debut, thanks to being among the top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Rankings as of March 23. She currently plays on the LPGA of Japan Tour, where she has registered five victories. She also owns one victory on the JLPGA Setpup Tour, coming in 2021 shortly after turning professional.  Sakura posted four of her five JLPGA victories in 2025. Her fifth came earlier this year at the Daikin Orchid Ladies Golf Tournament. She was named the JLPGA Player of the Year for 2025 when she also claimed the circuit's money title.
