S-18: Top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Rankings as of May 25

The 27-year-old from Japan will compete in her second U.S. Women's Open, and first since 2020. She originally qualified by posting 4-under 140 at the Boso Country Club (East/West Courses) on April 20, but become fully exempt by being among the top 75 point leaders in the Rolex Rankings on May 25. Takahashi finished tied for 11th in the all-exempt 2020 U.S. Women's Open at Champions Golf Club, in Houston, Texas. No qualifying was held in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Takahashi, who turned pro in 2018, competes primarily on the LPGA Tour of Japan, where she owns three victories, including the 2026 Yamaha Ladies Open Katsuragi.
